

Christos G. Morris
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Christos G. Morris is a founding partner of eVero, and presently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. A passionate leader with first-class communication skills, Christos sets eVero’s strategy and direction, creates the corporate culture, and defines its mission and vision. He has a hands-on approach to client implementation, with the goal of ensuring that eVero’s solutions reflect a “real world” understanding of client and community needs. Under Christos’ leadership eVero has steadily expanded its client base to include government agencies, health care institutions, and large health service organizations, and achieved year-over-year growth in revenue, and profit.
Before assuming the role of CEO, Christos served as the company’s Executive Vice President of Business Development where he successfully bid, negotiated, and spearheaded the launch of a multimillion-dollar Clinic Management System for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYCDOHMH); the largest municipal health care delivery network in the United States. He also helped found eVero Corporation’s unique Outreach Program, where Individuals with disabilities enrolled in a Supported Employment Program (SEMP) were hired and trained by eVero to become Computer Instructors.
Christos is an effective speaker and has presented to both governmental entities and service organizations. He maintains an active presence in industry trade organizations including the Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet), the New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA), The Alternative Board (TAB), and the New York New Media Association (NYNMA).
Christos lives in Huntington, New York with his wife and three children. He volunteers his time with community organizations, both in youth sports, particularly the Huntington Bulldog Football and Cheerleading Team, and the local school district, as a member of the Parent-Teacher Association. He is actively involved in his church, where he chairs the technology committee and annual fundraising festival. He is also the organizer of many local events for the families of his neighborhood, including an annual block party and holiday celebrations.
Christos obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from Norwich University-Vermont where he was awarded the General I.D. White Scholarship for Academic Excellence.

Constantine Morris

As a founding partner of the eVero Corporation and as its CTO, Costa brings over twenty years of intricate knowledge of Information Technology based solutions within the healthcare vertical. Costa is a trusted and seasoned business and technical leader who spearheads eVero’s executive management teams that formulate both internal and external technology solutions as well as supports eVero’s software business. As “Infrastructure Commander”, Costa has total responsibility for eVero’s Enterprise Architecture; setting enterprise-wide vision, roadmaps and strategy for eVero as a whole. This is accomplished by building consensus and developing collaborative working relationships with a broad range of constituencies in support of eVero’s mission. It is Costa’s thought leadership that ensures eVero attains optimal technology direction. eVero’s deployment initiatives have included the full gamut of technology solutions and client organizations ranging from large non-profit organizations to the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In this regard, Costa serves as point person for the development of policies and procedures that enhance products and services through the use of technology. In this capacity, Costa serves as a high-impact executive that shapes product strategies, priorities, and direction.
As chief architect for all technology at eVero, Costa examines the short and long-term needs of the organization and designates capital to make investments designed to ensure that the organization reaches its objectives. Critical to eVero’s achievements, Costa has successfully enhanced eVero’s industry position through the establishment of Partner Programs with industry-leading companies including Microsoft and Google. Similarly, Costa is heavily involved in the development and assessment of technology strategies to increase revenue through cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis.
Prior to assuming the position of eVero’s CTO, Costa co-founded several IT start-ups including Cortex Consulting and Cortex Software. This exposure to diverse technology-based skill sets lead to the success of these organizations and went on to serve as the precursor to establishing the eVero Corporation. As an accomplished speaker, Costa is a past presenter at “Technology in the Workplace” forums sponsored by the New York State Rehabilitation Association as well as the George Morris Foundation.
Costa is also quite active in his community in Huntington, New York where he resides with his wife and two children. He devotes considerable time and energy in coaching both basketball and football and has literally traveled to major cities around the country to further his son’s basketball aspirations through tournament play.

Antony Pereira

To Antony Pereira, finance is the most direct means to effect change within an organization. As eVero’s Chief Financial Officer, he provides strategic financial direction and management guidance to the company operations, implementing structures to manage costs, achieve sales targets, manage capital, and build towards eVero’s strategic goals.
He has spent the majority of his career lending accessibility to a function traditionally viewed as complex and unapproachable. With 25+ years of financial and accounting experience in the US and abroad, Antony has helped retail, manufacturing, healthcare, software, and wholesale companies develop and achieve short- and long-term strategic goals and KPIs through needs assessment, information gathering, financial modeling, and data-informed analyses.
Antony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Economic History from the University of Liverpool and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Durham University.

Jeannine Azan

Business Manager
Jeannine Azan serves as eVero’s Business Manager and has been in this capacity since 2008. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing and systematizing diverse office operations, and managing the company’s Human Resources (HR) activities. Jeannine works closely with senior management, regularly preparing financial reports for review and analysis, and is eVero’s liaison to select third parties, including banks, insurance companies, and vendors. Jeannine is a key member of eVero’s Entrepreneurial Operating System Committee, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
In support of eVero’s multi-faceted commitment to providing service to the Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD) community, Jeannine leads the company’s Outreach Training Program that focuses on educating persons with I/DD on entry-level computer operations.
Prior to joining the eVero team, Jeannine held similar capacity positions in high-profile travel companies including Sanctuare Quintessential Hideaways, and Medallion Hotels whose clientele included Richard Branson and David Cooperfield. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree magna cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury.
Jeannine resides on Long Island and is a mother of two children. She is also a cancer survivor and has given presentations at events sponsored by Memorial Sloan Kettering as well as provided interviews to local media outlets. Jeannine was invited to attend the ground-breaking ceremony at Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Nassau County facility and had the honor to sign one of the foundation beams utilized in the new construction.

Casey’ Donovan’s overarching goal is to ensure that eVero’s software products meet the needs of our clients, both in teams of functionality and user experience. Her team is charged with handling a variety of product development, management, marketing, and support responsibilities, including Product Demonstrations, Implementation & Onboarding Planning, Training, and Continuing Education Programs, and Client Retention Strategies. Casey and her team also leverage their customer relationships to identify potential product enhancement and business expansion opportunities. Casey also serves as a subject-matter expert for regulatory compliance issues.
Before joining eVero Casey was on the client-side, working for numerous Agencies that provided support services to Individuals with Intellectual, Mental and Developmental Disabilities. Her top-to-bottom involvement in the daily operations of these Agencies has afforded her an exceptionally wide range of subject matter expertise in this niche marketplace.
Outside of the office, Casey enjoys time at the gym, listening to a wide variety of music, and is no stranger to participating in karaoke events.
Casey received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA; and earned her Masters of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York City. Casey also holds a Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Professional Studies.

Director of Technology & Chief Security Officer
As Director of Technology and Chief Security Officer, Jared Belferder provides leadership and vision for two key eVero Information Technology groups. He has direct responsibility for internal and external technical infrastructure design, procurement, and support, as well as supporting eVero’s Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and Managed IT and Network Services offerings. Jared also plays a critical role in the recruitment and development of IT departmental staff. During his fifteen-plus-year tenure at eVero, Jared has served in a number of progressively responsible positions including Network Engineer and Architect as well as Virtual Technology Officer. This experience provides crucial knowledge that enhances Jared’s ability to serve as Chief Security Officer, where he ensures eVero’s technical compliance with industry and regulatory standards in regard to HIPAA Security, Hitrust, HITECH, and SHIELD Acts.
Jared is an IT industry veteran with over twenty years of granular-level experience. Prior to eVero, Jared spent five years at Computer Associates, Inc. (CA), a Fortune 500 software company, where he was a member of the Senior Systems Administration team in the Global Information Systems Department.
Jared earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business. As a father of three boys, Jared and his wife reside in South Bellmore, New York keeping busy through ventures in camping, fishing, and bowling. Jared also serves as Vice President of Membership for Congregation Beth Ohr.

Peter Williams

Director of Interoperability & Chief Compliance Officer
As healthcare organizations navigate the ever-changing compliance and regulatory environments, their IT infrastructure must always remain flexible. With that in mind, Peter is charged with defining and executing eVero’s strategy to achieve interoperability between data exchange networks. He is responsible for building, maintaining, and integrating data from diverse systems. This enables eVero and our clients to dynamically and securely gather and share data, which allows for internal assessments of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and reporting on core organizational analytics. Peter also serves as eVero’s Chief Compliance Officer, managing data exchange reporting requirements to third-party entities. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring across-the-board adherence to and enforcement of HIPAA’s data exchange protocols, including maintaining HIPAA data exchange standards and securing HIPAA-related organizational certifications.
Peter brings 25+ work experience in Information Technology, primarily in the area of enterprise system design and development. He began his career as a Software Developer in the financial services industry working on global client/server applications for banks and insurance organizations. Peter then transitioned into the healthcare vertical and led eVero’s technical development of a clinical EMR for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In his time at eVero Peter has also managed numerous technical teams and lead the implementation and development of various eVero products.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich-London. He also maintains numerous industry certifications including PMI Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certification Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, and MS Certified Azure Fundamentals. He enjoys spending time with family performing DIY projects on the weekends as well as learning about new technologies and system development practices (not simultaneously!).

George Koutsopetras

As Director of Client Development, George Koutsopetras is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities to support revenue growth for eVero. This is accomplished through assessing client needs, building relationships, and establishing and developing key industry partnerships. In addition, George and his team also regularly interact with eVero’s existing clients in order to expand their utilization of the company’s products and services. George brings to eVero a well-established track record of attaining corporate growth across the spectrum of business development, client relations, team management, marketing interface, and business planning. Most importantly, George possesses impeccable hands-on customer service skills; listening and responding to the client’s needs.
Prior to joining the eVero team, George worked for several well-respected data analytics/market research companies including IMS Health, Nielsen and IRI. This foundation of leveraging sales-related analytics coupled with his interpersonal skills and collaborative personality provides for a successful combination in order to prospect, secure and maintain business partnerships.
George holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Business. He lives with his family in Brooklyn, NY.

Rebin Thomas

As the majority of eVero’s core products are offered within a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Rebin Thomas’ role as Director of Software Development is critical in ensuring the company’s success. Rebin leads a team of software developers and IT specialists tasked with designing, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining software applications and operating systems in accordance with the needs of the business. Rebin, in conjunction with senior IT management, establishes and maintains developmental policies and procedures that translate system requirements to specific tasks that are assigned to developers. In his leadership role, Rebin is a critical participant in eVero’s Senior Leadership Management Committee and works closely with eVero’s Client Success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining eVero in 2011, Rebin held a number of progressively senior Software Developer positions in the IT industry, including five years at Advantage Title. His achievements there included the development of a full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System which integrated core business applications across the organization. Rebin also served as a Computer Instructor at Shaheen Training Institute in Kuwait, where he taught computer programming to college students.
Rebin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from Union Christian College in Kerala, India as well as a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Bharathidasan University, India. He resides with his wife and two children on Long Island, New York where he is an active member in his church and community.

In his role as Lead Software Architect, Sadat Hossain exemplifies the skills and expertise that drive eVero’s commitment to excellence in software architecture and development. Through cross-functional collaboration, Sadat has built working relationships across all internal teams to ensure the success of eVero’s projects. In his time at eVero his dedication to software development, coding standards and database design and optimization, combined with his deep understanding of Microsoft Technologies (.NET, SQL Server, and ASP.NET), has played a key role in elevating the efficiency and performance of eVero’s enterprise software solutions.
Beyond architecture, Sadat is also a hands-on full-stack developer. He crafts exceptional frontend applications and backend services and leads the development of eVero’s cutting-edge software platform and mobile apps. On the DevOps side, he is proficient in designing and building CI/CD pipelines that expedite the software delivery process, enabling eVero to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Sadat strongly focuses on innovation and research. He proactively explores new technologies and tools—like Docker and Kubernetes—and contributes insights and recommendations to eVero’s development process. He has designed numerous complex software solutions custom-tailored to meet clients’ unique needs, and he regularly shares his deep technical knowledge through internal and external presentations.
Sadat’s progressive career at eVero began in 2016 as a Software Developer. Two years later, he was promoted to Senior Software Developer and was elevated to Senior Software Architect three years later.
Sadat holds a bachelor’s degree in computer Programming & Information Systems from SUNY Farmingdale State College, where he graduated early with honors, achieving magna cum laude status. He dedicates his free time to the world of programming and software development and continuously learns new skills.

Meredith Cottrell

Director of Client Services
As eVero’s Director of Client Services, Meredith Cottrell leads eVero’s Implementation, Project Management, Account Management and Support teams. She and her team take full project lifecycle ownership of complex corporate initiatives, including ones spanning multiple business lines, to ensure timely project completion and end-user/client satisfaction. For each initiative, Meredith’s team identifies and collaborates with key stakeholders, outlines objectives and milestones, coordinates meetings and checkpoints, sets timeframe goals, and procures necessary resources, all while keeping compliance and regulatory requirements in mind. Using her “divide and conquer” strategy, Meredith breaks initiatives into tasks and subtasks, and delegates responsibility for each. All projects are monitored for responsibility assignment, project milestone accomplishment, and goal achievement. Initiatives may be internal-only, involving eVero project managers, department heads, and executives, or external, involving clients and/or vendors
Prior to joining eVero, Meredith held IT-related Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Systems Administrator, and Training Specialist positions at companies in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Meredith holds an Associate Degree in Communications from Nassau Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dowling College. She lives with her family on Long Island where they enjoy a host of weather-permitting outdoor activities, including running and relaxing at the beach.

Gene Rogers

Director of Marketing & Communications
Gene Rogers has 25+ years of technology-focused sales, marketing, and product management experience with a variety of MSP and SaaS companies. As eVero’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Gene leads all of the company’s corporate marketing efforts, including company positioning, internal and external communications, sales enablement, branding, and product differentiation.
Before joining eVero Gene spent four years as the Vice President of Marketing at managed mobility solution provider vMOX, leading its rebranding and sales channel expansion efforts, and its sister company, technology service distributor Advantage Communications. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Marketing for data center operator/managed service provider Net Access, up until its acquisition by Cologix. Before that Gene served as the Director of Product Marketing and Analyst Relations at CenturyLink, which he joined through its 2011 acquisition of Savvis, where he led product marketing for their cloud connectivity and managed services portfolio. Earlier in this career he held marketing and product management leadership positions at two northeastern US Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC) – InfoHighway Communications and Broadview Networks. He started his career at NYNEX/Bell Atlantic/Verizon in various sales and marketing positions in both the retail and wholesale divisions.
Gene earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and later received his MBA in Marketing Management from St. John’s University. He lives on Long Island, NY with his wife and three children, is an avid golfer, a fan of the Mets and Giants, and volunteers for numerous organizations, including the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, Girl Power 2 Cure, St. Anne’s Parish and the GC Athletic Association.

John Ashby

Data Scientist
As eVero’s Data Scientist, John Ashby is charged with gathering, analyzing, and modeling data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights regarding eVero, its customers, and the HCBS population.
John joined the company in 2022 with more than 20 years of data analytics experience in the financial services industry, where his efforts helped some of the world’s largest financial institutions increase revenue, lower costs, and make informed decisions. Throughout his career, his areas of focus have included experiment design, campaign measurement, product and platform evaluation, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
“Data is an asset, and I’m looking forward to helping eVero extract the value contained in the vast amount of data that our customers have collected,” added Mr. Ashby. “This extensive data will help us uncover opportunities to improve our product offerings and customer experience, but what I’m most excited about is using it to empower our clients and advocate for the I/DD population.”
Mr. Ashby received his Master of Science in Business Analytics from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Christopher Rudkin

Enterprise Infrastructure Architect
Christopher Rudkin joined the eVero team in 2013 as an integral part of the company’s technology staff. In this capacity, he is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and support of eVero’s enterprise computing network, both internally and for the organization’s Managed Services clients. More specifically, Christopher analyzes, forecasts, procures, and deploys third-party hardware and software needed to support select Business requirements. This is accomplished through the preparation of detailed software and hardware specifications including diagrams, charts, equipment configuration, and recommended technologies. On the back-end, Christopher manages multiple vendor relationships specific to the procurement, installation, maintenance, contingency planning, and upgrades to eVero’s enterprise network.
Prior to joining eVero, Chris worked with the Garden City Union Free School District, HEI Hotels and Resorts, and Allscripts/Northwell Health in the areas of both technical support and account control.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus in Networking and Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s (RIT) B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences. While at RIT, Christopher was actively involved in the RIT Pep Band and was Technical Director of the RIT Players, a student-run theatre company.
Outside the office, Christopher is an enthusiastic collector of diverse items inclusive of Vintage Computers, LaserDiscs/Physical Media, Disneyana, Retro Video Games, and Saab Automobiles. His subject matter expertise in the Retro Video Gaming arena is such that Christopher does work for the Long Island Retro Gaming and Pinball communities; facilitating component level repairs to game circuit boards.

Scott Maron

Enterprise Systems Engineer
Scott Maron, eVero’s Enterprise Systems Engineer, has been with the company since 2010. He is responsible for all aspects of system administration including networking and database, as well as the oversight of both enterprise and hosted technical infrastructure. He also handles basic systems security administration functions, creating customer profiles and accounts, monitoring and managing the performance of system resources, including system usage, load balancing, and data storage. Scott also serves as eVero’s lead for implementing, supporting, and monitoring both internal and Client-based disaster recovery / backup / firewall technologies and is a key contact on eVero’s Technical Escalation Team. Scott routinely works with IT Management to both forecast and procure software and hardware needed to support Business requirements.
Prior to joining eVero, Scott was a Systems Administrator at Curious Pictures where he managed, monitored, and maintained a series of Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental and Forest Biology from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University. In addition, Scott holds a Degree in Applied Science for Networking Technology from the Technical Career Institute College of Technology as well as Certifications from both CompTIA and Microsoft. Scott and his family live on Long Island and enjoy activities centered around the great outdoors including hiking, nature, cooking, and science.

Jennifer Vogt

Associate Director of Education & Training
As Associate Director of Education and Training, Jennifer puts tools and programs in place to help eVero clients gain the level of understanding necessary to successfully utilize our platform. She is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing eVero’s educational and training approaches, assessing resources, and developing strategies for curriculum delivery. Jennifer brings a wide range of experience in enhancing Client support through the use of Webinars, Training Videos, Guidance Documents, and Infographics. This assortment of “tools” provides the foundation of “eVero Ed”; eVero’s Digital Learning Repository designed and dedicated to support eVero Clients.
Jennifer brings a decade and a half of experience in successfully implementing Education and Training support programs in the Human Services vertical. Jennifer is invested in providing quality supports that empower professional growth and development. Previous roles have provided Jennifer with a granular understanding of the workflow and challenges inherent to serving Individuals in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability environment. Jennifer compliments her Human Services involvement with experience in Educational Instruction, GED preparation, and Job Readiness Training for both youth and adults. Jennifer has also served as a Region Lead for the Regional Centers for Workforce Transformation since 2017.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Keuka College and a Facilitation Skills Certificate from the Association for Talent Development.
Outside of the office, Jennifer supports local athletes as a volunteer member of the South Lewis Falcon Pride Booster Club and Coach for Turin Little League Softball. Additionally, Jennifer is a volunteer member of the Northern Tier Special Ed. Task Force as well as a volunteer for El+; a social group developed to provide local supports to the I/DD population.

Michael Fishon

Sr. Client Support Manager
Michael Fishon is responsible for supporting the Managed IT & Network Services portion of eVero’s solution portfolio. He leads a team of Client Support Specialists who ensure client satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle by proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving client concerns and issues Michael serves as Client Support liaison with select eVero departments, including sales, product management, and network operations, and he is tasked with monitoring new product developments and emerging technologies as it relates to the challenges of delivering Client Services Support within the Network Services environment.
Prior to joining eVero, Michael managed a regional operation for Best Buy’s Geek Squad where he had supervisory responsibility for a team of 20+ technicians. This role included a wide range of IT deployments specific to in-store customers, as well as in-home and on-site businesses installations. Prior to that, Michael worked for DalTech Industries, configuring IT hardware to conform to customized client specifications and schematics. He was also responsible for managing the company’s networking and internal software integration.
Michael holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management as well as a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information Technology from Briarcliffe College. He is an avid bicyclist who works with Concerned Long Island Mountain Bicyclists (CLIMB); an organization that builds and cleans trails for local riders. He also is a Retro Video Game collector as well as an active participant in Competition PC Gaming.

Matt Carambia’s technical expertise has served eVero clients well in a variety of roles in his 10+ years at the company. In his current role as Account Manager, Matt uses this expertise to be an advocate and liaison for our largest clients, ensuring satisfaction and making sure that they are receiving the maximum benefit from eVero’s products and services. Prior to this role, Matt worked as Project Manager, facilitating large-scale customer projects, such as new user onboarding and System integration implementations. Prior to that, he served as a Help Desk Administrator, Customer Support Manager, and Junior Project Manager. In these prior roles with us, Matt was responsible for numerous tasks across a few departments, including providing level 1 and 2 technical support and customer service; overseeing our Help Desk staff and Support teams; managing development and infrastructure projects; and implementing eVero EMPOWER™ Self-Direction and digitalAGENCY™ EHR solutions for new clients.
Matt is a graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oneonta. His outside interests include anything involved with music, and he and his family live on Long Island.

Nathalie Herrera personifies an eVero company success story. Since joining eVero in 2014 she has held multiple Client Support positions with progressively greater responsibilities. She currently serves as Account Manager, proactively managing the relationships with existing eVero clients, serving as their main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and explore business expansion opportunities.
Prior to that, she was our Client Support Manager for Software, where she lead a Help Desk team charged with ensuring that eVeros’s software platform customers’ needs are always with professionalism and empathy. Nathalie’s firm grasp of the nuances of eVero’s products and services allows her to efficiently and effectively identify, dissect and resolve issues. This ability is coupled with her keen understanding of what it is like “being in the client’s shoes”; an attribute she undoubtedly attained from years of working in the Customer Service environment. Nathalie maintains a solid working relationship with related department heads which contributes to successfully deploying issue escalation procedures. She also routinely provides key Client Support metrics (e.g. Client Engagement Time, Issue Resolution Turnaround Time, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) to eVero upper management.
Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Farmingdale State College. She and her family reside on Long Island, New York, and enjoy trips to local beaches and parks.
